This agreement is a legal contract between you and Rocket VPN (referred to as the 'Service Provider') regarding the download, installation, and use of the mobile VPN application (referred to as the 'App').

By downloading or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. You may not copy or modify the App or associated trademarks without authorization, extract source code through reverse engineering, translate app text, or create derivative versions. The App and related intellectual property belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features or fees and will notify users appropriately. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality. Jailbreaking or rooting a device may reduce system security and cause app failures or security risks.

This Service may integrate necessary third-party services, such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. When using related features, you are also subject to those providers' respective terms of service.

Service limitations: the App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for inability to use the service caused by account arrears, data limits, weak network signals, or third-party platform restrictions. Mobile data charges may apply outside Wi-Fi. Roaming charges incurred outside your home country are your responsibility. Before using the App, confirm that you have permission from the bill payer.

Users are responsible for their own usage behavior. For example, service interruption caused by a drained battery, system restrictions, or local network failure is not covered by compensation. We strive to provide accurate route and connection information, but some data may come from third-party services, and our liability for direct or indirect losses is limited as allowed by law. To maintain compatibility and security, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to download and install the latest version when necessary. The Service Provider reserves the right to adjust or terminate service within reasonable limits. After termination, you must stop using and delete the App.
